Jon and I tried this new thing this morning called 'getting up early'. Wow! I have gotten lots accomplished this morning and its only a bit after noon (or a little bit after nine for you west-coasters). Its very exciting to do new things.

To kick off the fall season, we are going to go into the mountains and pick apples and enjoy a couple of nice fall festival things. I mean, the leaves are already changing and its starting to get cooler plus the bugs are no longer out..so it has to be fall, right?

Ahhhh I do enjoy this place a lot.

So I have been busy lately with the selling of toys and making new friends. Its nice to feel this good.

Jon and I are planning a trip to europe next late summer or early fall. Its going to be a nice long break from the states and we might even try to find a place to move to eventually.

I am now employed in a toy store and working full time and enjoying my life a lot more than i used to.

Apparently famous people frequent the toy store in search of stuff for their chilluns.

Delayed the trip until tomorrow...I was too tired after running all of my errands to drive for about 20 hours, so we leave tomorrow.
But hey, we got the cute apartment with the porch and the gas log fireplace and the backyard and the pool and the doctors for neighbors, so its all good :) hurrah for us.

Ahh During all the packing goodness, I forgot to mention that we are moving to Virginia. So in eight days we will be running away to Charlottesville and leaving Okieville far, far behind. Its a good thing.

Last night Jon and I spotted an armadillo(!!!!) while we were at the park so we tried to sneak up on it but it noticed and started to run away. So we continued our pursuit until the armadillo ran past something that was dark and about its size...and when that thing raised its fluffy black and white tail in defense we hauled ass back to the car and hid.
Ahh what an exciting night
oh and there was a hugenormous beast of a moth on the mens bathroom door (at the park) and when jon went in to use said bathroom i thought it was a hook of some sort it was so big. I kept a good distance away from it..but when jon opened the door..the fucker flew right for my face! guh i hate moths :/ *shudders*

so between the last time i weighed myself (two weeks or so) and yesterday, i have somehow misplaced ten pounds. i guess this whole weight reduction robotic exercise plus my normal running spurts and the tanning is actually working...and when i tried on some pants today i noticed that my legs weren't as squishy as they were before. oh maybe, just maybe

resume sucessfully completed and i am going to land this awesome job. although i am going to feel a tad bad about leaving my old job since they (most of them) are nice to me, i need the money and bills out weigh the need to keep others happy. its a terrible way to be but i suppose that life just goes that way.

so the car buying didn't go down as planned due to lies and mis-scheduling, so tomorrow we are going to try again to make it to the bank and to the car dealership. if that doesn't work out for us then i think the gods don't want us to have a ford focus. i really want the awesome 2004 dodge neon...but the only one that would work with our financing would be a manual and thats not going to happen.

sorry i've been away for a while. total distraction and addiction is due to the terrible game w.o.w. played non stop in my spare time i hardly do anything else. have even cut down sleeping hours so i can squeeze in an hour or two of extra gaming.

ugh. maybe i need to get outside or something...

last night we finally picked up our cat from the animal sanctuary. he is a large black and white house lion and his name be Jake. quite cute actually, until we had to sleep and he stayed awake opening up cupboards and knocking out all my hair and face products then decides it is time to knead my face and arms with his claws out. but he seems to be very content here...

i am getting picked up for work in five and a half hours meaning i need to be "up" in four and a half to get ready. sad thing is that i am already up and have been trying to get some sleep for hours. i know by today at four thirty i am going to want to be home and in bed but i cant do that. im going to have to keep myself awake so i can maybe, hopefully get back to some sort of decent sleeping hours.

so yesterday was my birthday and i've had an awesome weekend so far. if you consider friday as the weekend like i do because it does technically come at the end of the week while sunday comes at the beginning. just check your calendars okay? so jon and i went to see diary of a mad black woman (which btw was freaking great and awesome and wonderful and funny) then we went to Charlestons which is the nicest steak house around and it also freakin rocked. the food was the best i've ever had and the service people were overly nice. when we got home jon and i baked a cake, frosted it and put in the candles so i could blow them out but the cake was still hot and the candles started melting inside the cake. weirded out.
the cake ended up being the best cake in the world and this was the greatest birthday in the history of me.

for a few days we couldnt use the internet...we thought that our cox was down...but it weren't. stupid norton's ass. anyway

i have made an official new friend here in the great state of oklahoma. Amanda and i work together and we decided that we don't have any girl friends to hang out with so we adopted each other. so to seal the deal we went to walmart after work to pick up some hair stuffs... so when i got home i promptly cut off my hair and put a thick honey blonde streak on the side of my head. i look awesome. well hair is not cut off off, it is lacking in about three inches. i hacked it and i like it. jon likes it. his hair is longer than mine now. he has longish hair.

so last night i made jon this bouquet of flowers out of construction paper for valentines day. i cut out little hearts and glued them in a circle, attached stems, put them in more paper covered in hearts and voila! crafty cute valentines present was made. so i hid it in the closet where hopefully he won't see it before monday. i really dont like the idea of valentines day though...execpt where it lets me extend my few talents and buy overpriced dvds for the sake of togetherness and a holiday. is there a better excuse? nope.

well i have to go get ready for work...the only big problem with that is the bike that i ride to work and back has a seat that keeps moving up and down and i have tried to correct this by tightening the bolt thing but no luck. it still moves. i will still have a sore bum. jeez.
